Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders totaling less than $100.
Orders are shipped out within 1 to 3 days of your purchase via USPS.
Once delivered to USPS packages usually take between 2 and 5 days to be delivered to your door.
Orders containing Hand Sanitizer must be shipped by ground shipping. Depending on location, ground shipping may add time to receiving your package. (Allow 13 days for orders traveling to Hawaii that contain Hand Sanitizer.)
Local Pick-Up:
Are you in PDX? You can choose “local pick-up”.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
Pick-up site is in inner N.E. Portland.
Pick-Up orders are ready same day or next day, or at your convenience.
Returns / Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our top priority! However, refunds/returns are not possible due to the artisan nature of our products.
